"Property was OK and restaurant was good, but Novotel took a room charge deposit by credit card when I booked the room via Expedia. Then they insisted on full payment again when we left, saying that the deposit would be cancelled promptly. 3 weeks later the deposit is still showing as pending on my credit card account. "We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The rooms/apartments were clean and comfortable and all utilities such as the dishwasher worked without any issues. The garage was also convenient to use. There are scuffs and signs of wear throughout the hotel, but they didn't affect our enjoyment of the property. "Dit is een modern hotel vlak buiten het centrum maar toch ook op een rustige plek met een eigen ruime parkeerplaats die in de loop van de avond afgesloten wordt (toegang met code). Ook oplaadpunten. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel met balkon. Daarbij komt dan een uitgebreid ontbijt in een ruime ontbijtruimte. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving."
