"We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade.
For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared.

"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."

"What a wonderful stay - staff so friendly and welcoming. Hotel had such a warmth and nothing was too much trouble whether in the restaurant, bar or reception. Special thanks to Deborah Gaspard for arranging help for snow chains fitting on our departure day - a saviour!!"

"La première chambre proposée pour 350.- la nuit 12m2 inacceptable et la deuxième chambre certes plus grande mais vieillotte, sale et insuffisante pour le prix. Peut-être l’hôtel devrait préciser qu’il est un 4 et 5 étoiles. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.
Sinon personnel attentif"
