"We had to book this at the last minute. It cost us nearly $400, but we saw there was a hot tub and sauna, so it was worth it. Here's the list of things that went wrong, making this stay worth barely $100.
1. When we got there at 4pm for check-in, no one was there. No note, nothing. I had to go back through the Expedia site to find a phone number and call the person, who apologized that they weren't around, and then told us the room was open and the key was inside. Would have been nice to know...

"This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items. "No Ac I didn’t read all listing but for s motel which it is . It isn’t a hotel AC should be available. We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. Anyone could have come in the room not very safe for my children and I."
