"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. "The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. "The hotel is just next to sea garden. So , if you want to go to the beach , it only take 5-10 min walk. A supermarket is just next to the hotel. Hence , if you have anything want to buy, it only take 3 min walk."
