"We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. "Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. The location was excellent, it was within a good walking distance to the Palais and close to restaurants and shops. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the buffet breakfast (added for a cost) was great. Our room was clean and a good size for 3 people. Would highly recommend. "
