"Swimming closed at 7pm? Thats unacceptable for a resort hotel. It's was beautiful but we couldn't sit in pool , was kicked out by staff multiple times. Super lame . Buffet was the best on this trip but drinks was terrible and extremely limited
Room was old and ugly but great size. Bathroom and showers was big
Just old looking bedroom. Food was really good and great variety and selection . Beach was so beautiful but since we weee so upset about the pool situation, not coming back ever again ."

"The property was ok, a bit dated could do with a freshen up, it's looking a bit frade around the edges. Room was clean beds comfortable and a view to die for,top floor facing the sea.
Staff for a 5 star establishment need to be more polished and where a bit allover the place, also learn to smile, food was quite expensive and not really 5 star standard a bit hit and miss, if you like resort life it's great.once you have done the attractions not much else to do.
Out side the resort dozens of...

"The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment.
Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet...

"Hej en blandet oplevelse. Skulle have et værelse med udsigt til haven. Fik et værelse lige ud til P plads mest for bikes og dermed støj. Vandland og Swimmingpool var der ikke på Hotellet men på den anden side af vejen hvis man indløser billet. Ingen Strand men Vadehav med tidevand. God service, høflig personale, "
