"Beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean.. stayed here before several times as it’s our go to place. Stayed in one of the remodelled ocean front rooms.. amazing… spacious, bright, clean, wonderful views…everything about the nautilus suits us.. there is no bar or restaurant but a short walk along the beach takes you to various bars/eating places or you can uber for a few dollars. We love this hotel and cannot wait to return as soon as possible ❤️"

Unfortunately, the staff did not seem concerned or make any real effort to assist us or find another solution. To make matters worse, our card was charged three separate times, which added even more frustration to an already unpleasant experience. "The location of this hotel is fantastic. We stayed on the fifth floor had great views nice size room, but unfortunately there were some issues. For some reason, the floor was wet, which was carpet, and the sheets and comforter on the beds were also damp. We would stay there again as long as those items were taken care of. When the issues were reported to the desk, they said that the AC unit was old and it may need to be replaced. Hopefully they will replace it so the next guest will not deal...
