"I feel when you spend in excess of $120 per night, I shouldn't have to ask for fresh towels every day. Every day! Then the trash would be removed, if you asked for it. I feel that part of the experience in staying in a hotel is......clean room, clean towels, new linens at least every other day. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, there was part of the door frame that was rotted it out. I could have spent an additional $20 per night and stayed at a much nicer hotel. The staff was...

"The room was dirty when we checked in. I was supposed to have ocean side and I didn't, but that's my fault I never said anything. The resturant staff was super slow.i do feel that they should have music by the pool for a more "beach like" ambiance. But it is what it is the rooms were affordable and I'm sure I'll be back."
