"My overall experience was very pleasant. From the outside, the building appears a little dated, but once inside, the atmosphere is completely different. The room was welcoming, comfortable, and had a homely feel, which made for a relaxing stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were particularly accommodating when I asked for directions to Woolworths and were happy to provide guidance. "Motel.was clean and warm But needs a new fridge there was no storage in the fridge door so had to lay milk down witch leaked Need fly spray carnt leave windows open because of mozzies. Otherwise very good . Pool was excellent good temperature. New alterations have made it even better but needs somewhere to store your towels and clothes when it rains. Thanks."

"The view! You cant beat looking at that view. We stayed in the 2brm chalet. As soon as you walk in you see that view and from both bedrooms. The deck is great but very windy on our stay. The beds were comfy and shower was amazing. Great pressure. Full kitchen and laundry. Very happy with our stay. They do room service which was great. The food was ok but I'm sure would be better in person. Thanks for having us. We will stay again"

"Good location and good for a night while going through Hamilton. However,we were booked for 3 adults but only 2 towels were supplied. And small soap for 3 of us to shower twice!!! One of the pillows was just a small cushion packed in a big pillow case!! It was very uncomfortable to get in jet tub which was quite raised to get a shower and get out. Water was leaking from the tub"

"I enjoyed my stay, the accomdation was exceptional. I did opt with Expedia when booking my stay to pay on arrival but was charged the day before, I think this option should not be available if it isn't, as I would have paid by eftpos and not my credit card."
