"There was no microwave in the room. There was no USB outlet in the room. Shower was hard to turn on. Bar was excellent."

"Check in was great with lovely staff. There was a cool bar area but we did not drink there. It was a quiet room on the backside. We walked to go eat and there is a Publix near by. This is a nice downtown spot. No microwave in the room. A little pricey but we felt we got our money worth with location."

"Front desk staff was most pleasant and helpful. Facility was clean. Hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, which were very good, bacon and waffles, then usual continental breakfast food. Air conditioner was quiet. What I didn’t like was the blackout curtains which were center draw that allowed the outside street light to shine through. Pillows were too firm, I woke up with a sore neck.Walls must have been paper thin as we had very loud people next door and we could CLEARLY hear their phone...

"Though extra cost finally a hotel with a proper breakfast menu. Nice lounge and the restaurant was good. Everything on site was much appreciated after a long days drive."

"Needed a place to stay for my first couple weeks of work before we moved, worked great for what I needed. Breakfast is fine and the hotel is a little run down but the water pressure is great, my room was clean, and the blackout curtains do their job."

"It wasn't the best but wasn't the worse... No drink machines on any floor you have to buy at front desk... They don't serve alcohol in the lounge anymore on 17th floor... And floor 16 the whole ice machine is removed"

"I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening. I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe."

"The room I was assigned smelled musty and was damp—there was excessive humidity—and for some reason, the thermostat wasn't working; the temperature would rise to 80 degrees in the middle of the night. The service from the receptionists during the night shift was terrible; I stood waiting for at least 30 minutes to be helped, and when my turn finally came, a person who hadn't waited in line started asking questions, so I was told to wait even longer. Afterward, the communication was poor; nothing...
