"There was no microwave in the room. There was no USB outlet in the room. Shower was hard to turn on. Bar was excellent."

"Check in was great with lovely staff. There was a cool bar area but we did not drink there. It was a quiet room on the backside. We walked to go eat and there is a Publix near by. This is a nice downtown spot. No microwave in the room. A little pricey but we felt we got our money worth with location."

"Needed a place to stay for my first couple weeks of work before we moved, worked great for what I needed. Breakfast is fine and the hotel is a little run down but the water pressure is great, my room was clean, and the blackout curtains do their job."

"I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening. I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe."

"It wasn't the best but wasn't the worse... No drink machines on any floor you have to buy at front desk... They don't serve alcohol in the lounge anymore on 17th floor... And floor 16 the whole ice machine is removed"

"I paid for a room on the 6th floor with concierge services (daily coffee, beverages, food) and they were closed from July 4 to the eve of July 7th. The two out of 3 elevators were broke for the 3 days of my stay. The only elevator to take us up to the 6th floor was horrendous having to wait forever then stopping at every floor. No one was available to assist with the luggage and we had to look for a luggage carry cart. Then they placed us in the far back whereas we had to walk around the...

"Had a sleepover for my daughter with the girls and the moms and there was plenty of space! Felt like home away from home in the 3 bedroom. Staff was friendly if we needed anything. Space felt safe and convenient to Walmart if we needed to run out and get anything."

"Very nice place to stay and modern. Breakfast was good and they vary it daily. The pool was nice and didn't have 2 story rooms over looking it. The location was close to the airport and the freeway. Front desk was accommodating and even gave me a shaving razor I forgot. There's a gas station in the adjacent parking lot. Food/ drink was close and we suggest Bottledogs. Many draft beers and food was good. Friendly staff."
