"We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, stteam room, and sauna were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is very cloae to the harbor, castle, and lots of places to eat and enjoy."

"What Expedia shows as the room you are booking and what you actually get is an absolute disgrace. The hotel reception told us Expedia use pictures that are not what you get. Our room was dire, the floor dipped so badly in spots we thought we were going to go right through to the floor below. The bed was missing a castor and was lower at the bottom than the top of the bed, the bathroom ceiling tile was not fitted. The room we booked should have had a shower as I have a disability but we ended up...

"This is no longer the Radisson Blu it is now The Majestic Hotel. It is tired and down at heel. The staff were lovely but the room was sparsely furnished and it needs some care and attention."
