"The room was very tired, shower door hanging off couldn't hang the shower head. Scaffolding across the window anyone could of climbed in the window as the emergency exit is by the window. Cushions, throws and carpet stained, wardrobe hard to close, creaky floorboards, rickety bed and chair, cob webs on ceiling. Staff were ok but weren't round much. Breakfast was basic. Parking is very busy and may have to walk a bit of distance"

"Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...

"Dining room tables weren't cleared unless you asked them to take the plates or left. Breakfast was excellent. Didn't find a public disabled toilet. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily."

"Firstly, I must say the staff at reception were lovely. We were upgraded as we had a weekend of celebration. This was a lovely gesture and we really appreciated the effort. However, the rooms are very dated and tired looking. I've stayed in other park plaza hotels and this one didn't feel the same. It felt more like a travelodge room. This was not the biggest issue for us though. Our biggest issue was the noise! There are 2 big nightclubs outside of the hotel (room 123). It felt as if I was in...

"Everything about our stay was perfect. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Used the pool facilities, great jacuzzi! Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!!"

"The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year."
