"They don't clean the room, requested many times and they did on the last night, we stayed 4 nights in suite, 5 ppl, no extra towels toiletries, trashes not change. Breakfast hours 7-9am, we came down 8:30 nothing left!asked the staffs, took them another 30 mins to bring some food out. It's bad! Although the room and the bathroom was cleaned. "

"The breakfast was amazing! They had build your own breakfast tacos. Everything was very fresh. The eggs were NOT those frozen, reheated, watery things - they were delicious. The room itself was acceptable, nothing fancy. Great for business travel. The pool was cold. They allow pets, and one of them peed in the elevator. I notified the front the desk, and they had someone clean it immediately."

"The property was clean, the staff was helpful, I arrived late at night. I stayed 1 night and rested well. Check-in and out went rather smooth. There is a $100 deposit need to check in so be prepared for that cost on top of the room rate even if you book online. This is for incidentals, I am use to $15-25 but each hotel chain is different. "Excellent staff. TV was broken the channel changer only worked if put the remote near the TV so you couldn't use the remote in bed or chair. Otherwise lovely stay"

"I have been staying here more than once and it is my "go to place to stay" when I'm in Katy. I tried to let management know when I checked out that room 316 had two situations to fix. One of the sliding closet doors is off track and some caulking around the faucet in the bathroom would stop a minor water leak. I will always stay here when I come to Katy. I love it"
