"Unfortunately, it appeared that the room was not properly prepared upon arrival. Several issues were noticeable, including towels that did not seem fully clean, a coffee maker that was missing the coffee holder, and what appeared to be mice droppings. Additionally, some expected amenities—such as lotion and other basic items—were not provided. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet expectations."

"This is a nice hotel in downtown Omaha, across the street from Charles Schwab Field and a 15 minute walk from the Market area. Breakfast buffet was minimal, but coffee was good. Parking is a $15 upcharge. This is where we usually stay in Omaha."

"Our stop at Best Western in Omaha, NE was a nightmare. We were on a week-long road trip from the East to the West Coast. Without a doubt, this hotel was THE WORST out of 6 places...all different hotel brands. We walked in and was greeted with an unwelcomed smell, the parking lot was horrible, the elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years with worn our dirty rugs in it. When we finally got to our room, it didn't smell clean, stains on the bedspread and there were a ziplock of partially...
