"The breakfast is amazing with made to order omelettes. The staff are extremely friendly. They also have a certain time period during which adults can have three drinks on the house per day for the entire visit, for those who drink. They offer light refreshments during that time as well for everyone to enjoy."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Upon check in at 11pm on the double room I reserved @10am the same day was not clean. I was told that the best they could do was give us a room with a King bed. I agreed, however this would leave one person sleeping on the couch. When checking in I was also made aware that I would be required to pay a $70 “deposit” in addition to the cost of the room that was already paid. "No hacían servicio de limpieza en 1 semana solo fueron 1 vez. No tienen estacionamiento suficiente para el hotel. Su "buffet" o desayuno es muy pobre o de mal sabor, pudiera ser mejor."

"The staff was pretty nice but the hotel room bathroom was terrible tub and walls just looked old and dirty. I was told to ask for house keeping if needed I had to ask 3-4 times before I got it and when they finally came and changed the sheets they had what looked like pee stains in it. Hotel smelled bad on our end of the building and when you couldn’t smell the bad step you smelled marijuana. Just a bad experience being that it was in Brookfield."

"I liked my stay , the shower didn't appear as clean the bottom glass area, also more towels would be nice, I love the idea of the dark makeup towel it's makes sense."

"We requested a bath tub and got a room with one, but the bathtub did not plug and it was made to be only a shower so couldn’t fill the tub. Very disappointing. Towels were quite thin and dingy."

"This hotel was OK. Don't set your expectations too high. The room smelled weird, the sheets were stained, you couldn't stream on the TV, the bathroom was not very clean and the toilet was LOUD. Breakfast was fine - it was a free hotel breakfast. The pool was also fine, my kiddo was happy. For a night or two it did the trick. I don't think we'll be staying there again though."

"The phone in our room was not connected so you couldn't call front desk. We booked as 5 adults 1 child only 2 large towels were in the room. The handle to turn on the shower was loose so you had to wiggle it to get it to catch the mechanism to turn it"

"I found some of the area of the hotel not clean. Water filler on 1st floor needs a good cleaning. Same with the floor in our rooms shower. The outside of the shower floor pan needs a good scrubbing as well. We loved that there were no curtains in the room, but rather shades. No light leaking through in the morning. Scrambled eggs this morning g tasted like they were made from a mix, not real eggs. No pastry offerings either, just bread and bagels. Disappointed in that."
