Cari Hotel di West Midlands

"Comfy bed and great selection of food."

"Clean hotel with exceptionally polite and friendly staff. The hotel is a little dated but clean. The food prices are expensive and ‘half board’ only gives you £25 towards your evening meal (some of the burgers cost that much!)"

"Great location, nice room. If it had a pool it would be perfect."

"Good location and friendly staff"

"Great place to stay. Friendly staff."

"Breakfast was very limited we have stayed here before and breakfast was very good now it’s not too good times are hard for the hotel industry"

"Room fine except shower head dodgy, TV system clunky, picture too dark and unable to change, remote batteries kaput! Breakfast ok but queues at the one coffee machine delivering “white” drinks. Limited capacity - tables not cleared quick enough Staff lovely and helpful - but possibly overworked."

"Room was good TV was playing up But other than that no complaints"

"Just 10/10 Everything you want all in one place 11/10 if you play golf me and my partner dont but just love the place. Beautiful surroundings friendly staff and the Beds so comfy for a good night's sleep."

"The facility was well-kept with good amenities. Our suite was a generous size and had a nice kitchenette. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space down, but I contacted Reception, and they brought a standing fan up to our door within 15 minutes. Very attentive and friendly staff!"

"We had a good stay at this apartment hotel in Birmingham. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. One thing we did notice was a rather strong bleach-like smell as you entered the corridor leading to the rooms. This may have been due to the cleaning products being used, but it was quite noticeable. The only other concern was an unusual encounter at around 9 AM, when someone unlocked our room door with a key, opened it, and then...

"All was well catered for"
