We opted out of housekeeping however we had to ask on the first morning for shower gel as there was none in the shower room, we were told they would get this refilled, unfortunatley when we left 3 days later we were still waiting for a refill. The toilet seat every time we sat on it, it would pop off its hinge, I tried fixing but it would not latch on, again this could not be "fixed" by the hotel, I asked if they could try a seat from another room to see if that fixed the...

"Friendly staff, comfy bed, great breakfast. I personally didn’t like the smell of the shower gel (lavender type smell) but other than that it was great. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Stayed while a festival was on so was very busy and although some food did run out at breakfast time as soon as it was mentioned to staff they replenished it straight away and were so helpful. Great vibes. Would definitely stay again"

"The room was clean and had been recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, so the air conditioning was put to very good use and meant that I slept much more soundly. I appreciated that breakfast was included with the room, the selection of food was great--I appreciated the strong coffee! There was plenty of parking available as well."
