"The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making my stay very pleasant.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Breakfast was average with a decent selection but room for improvement.
Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent service."

"Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased.
The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."

"As a disabled person, when I booked thru Expedia We were given a pool view room. Unfortunately this was on the first floor with no lifts. I was reallocated downstairs garden room which
was excellent.
The Ocean pool entry gate has a pullup
Device which is ok for blokes but many women including my wife could not reach. Maybe they could lower it a bit."
