Cari Hotel di Westfjords

"This was a very cozy and relatively private igloo. We chose it for clear view should there have been northern lights. There were none during our stay but it was still a great stop. Lovely expansive view. I wasn't expecting it to be so close to the main road with relatively bright lighting as a result. The common area was nice and clean with adequate bathrooms for the number of people during the times we came to the space."

"Spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds in a simple but charming building. Really good breakfast and easy parking. No place to eat in Suðureyri apparently in October (apart from the Fisherman's breakfast) but it's a beautiful remote and very quiet little village. Super friendly staff."

"Very clean and rustic setting."

"The property is clean, staff was helpful and the dining area was busy, lots of people eating good food. Now the reason I gave 4 stars is because this is a truck stop, literally drove right by the place because it does not look like a hotel. The noise from the trucks and the highway was alot until after 10pm. Also the room was cool when we got in so turned the heat up and it never got warmer. The bathroom is tiny! When you shower nothing in the bathroom comes out dry, even with the shower curtain...

"Gut gelegen und sauber …allerdings in die Jahre gekommen . Hier und da kl Mängel ( zb Haartrockner der nicht funktionierte ) Küche hat was man braucht . Für 1 Nacht sicher völlig in Ordnung , aber halt kein Juwel auf unserer Reise"

"Check in was a bit confusing, but once we found the right place, all went well. Spacious, comfortable and clean room with views of the fjord. Staff was wonderful. Food was delicious."

"Brilliant property"

"Two amazing young people ( Maya and Casban ) manage this property so well and we are very impressed knowing them. Property is in a clean residential neighborhood with plenty of parking in the front. Clean rooms. Laundry available for a fee. Free coffee all the time. Simple but nice breakfast. Sweet little town to walk about. High recommend this place."

"Camera pulita con ottima vista. Buona la colazione."

"Essenziale"

"The road to get here is rough but the trip is so worth it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so kind. The food was delicious! This is a one of a kind spot and was a highlight of my Iceland trip."

"The hotel was not recently built, but well maintained."

"Parking gratuit sur place. Bon petit déjeuner. Accueil très sympathique."

"This hotel is a very cool looking building. The entire building looked to be remodeled and was very nice. Our room had a full kitchen and very large bathroom. The check-in lady was very friendly. This hotel does not have self check-in so I'm not sure how it works if you arrive late. There is a doorbell to ring help. It was walkable to all of downtown for bars and dining. We really loved the location. I can't think of anything negative to say."

"We had such an amazing stay at Holt Inn! Cindy was the sweetest host and really made our stay special. She was super friendly, gave us great recommendations, and made us feel so welcome. We were the only guests there during the winter season, but she still made us a whole breakfast buffet with warm pastries in the morning and really good coffee. 🥐☕️ She also let us borrow bikes to ride down to the beach, which had incredible views. The whole area was unreal - surrounded by fjords and ocean,...
