All good except no one to allow you in when you just arrive, (so we were literally knocking doors and asking other guests to let us in at 12 in the night)or if you forgot your key your locked out for night or in our case they asked us to personally hand over special fob on final day ( our door key never opened with the key so we were given a special fob). At time of departure no one at reception."

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key.
