"Staff was real friendly and understanding. The location was clean and quiet. I would have to say the only issue I had was taking all my luggage up and down those stairs. I wish it had an elevator but I share the blame on that one cause it's not necessary for me to pack as much as I do 😉 lol I would definitely recommend and I will for sure stay there again in the future 😁"

"There were storms in the area, alot of people was without power so the hotel was slammed with people trying to check in, we saw 1 person working, she was getting frustrated cause so many people trying to check in and no one there to help her, luckily we got hecked in before it got so bad and didn' have to wait but about 10 minutes to check in but when we got to our room the remote for the tv was not in the room, we went back to the desk, she said the had some come in but would be about an hour...

"The pictures need to be updated. Not really what it is now. Needs some updating. Checking in was ok, very hard to understand front desk staff. Rooms ok but will not stay there again. Rooms do not have a full size refrigerator which when I am working need that for food."

"Tons of amazing hikes and waterfalls within an hour drive, and this place is run by really nice people that care about their guests"

"It was an average place. Nothing fancy. It is basically what you would think of as a cottage on a lake. Mismatched broken furniture. Dirty mattress on upstairs bunk bed. Didn’t see any bugs but I’m thinking I may have gotten head lice from the pillows. The skillets and stuff had to be scrubbed before we could use them. We did see some sort of water bug that’s to be expected on a lake. The internet is horrible I had to use my hotspot for a firestick on the tv. No one else’s phones would work on...

"My wife and I were in town for family business. We have many family members in the region, and we wanted to stay far off the grid. I’m glad we did. No phone, no cable, no nothing. Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. I have stayed in most states and countries, but this by far is the best stay in quite some time. We are coming back. If you want to make an offer to sell, let me know. "
