"The property did not match the listing. It was advertised for 4 people with parking, but there was no proper parking available. The sleeping arrangement was not suitable—only one double bed and a sofa bed. The bed itself was very weak and shook with any movement. There were also basic issues: the toilet door was not working properly, and only a bar of soap was provided (no handwash or shower gel). "Whole of house was very clean. 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very quiet and upmarket area. If anything could be improved I would suggest providing a second entrance key."

"There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know"
