"I feel bad about writing a negative review for this property- knowing the owner is a new and trying to do the best she can BUT...with that being said...I made a reservation for a 2-nite stay months in advance. While we were driving- about 2 hours away, I noticed a message from Expedia to contact the property. I had not had reception, being that I was at the bottom of a quarry that day doing a dig. "We recently stayed at The Cody Hotel and it was amazing. The property is located close to the East entrance and the drive is beautiful. The hotel itself is great, the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Definitely would recommend and would stay there again for any future Yellowstone trips."

"The Teton Teepee is a special gem in our resent travels. The staff greets as you walk through the door and make you feel like family immediatley, The main room with the soaring ceiling and the incredible fire place is inviting, comfortable and a social magnet for everyone staying at the lodge. The rooms are comforable and so quiet. I can't say enough about the breakfast, home made,filling and incredible. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had. Don't miss sunrise from the balcony...
