Room over looking the watering hole as well as the restaurant and bar offered peaceful view and gorgeous sunsets for our two nights there. "Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

"This is familiar place in Harare. It still retains its charm but the property is overdue the ongoing restoration. Service is great as always. The bathrooms are outdated and the air conditioning on the south side is non-existent."
