Great stop-off hotel. Clean, friendly, accessible.

Fabulous hotel and very helpful staff

Great spot for an overnight stay

Great authentic small hotel, refurbished rooms with modern shower. Would recommend if looking to stop off and have a more local experience

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The location is quite good as it's just a short drive to Langenthal centre where there is shops and restaurants. The only negative was the bed given was a kingsize bed however, the duvet cover was only a double. A very special hotel with a very beautiful spa and a very good breakfast.

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

Great check-in and really good hospitality

Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

forth time at this hotel. always excellent service

Great little hotel in a good location

Beautiful setting in the Rhein, quiet town centre location, a number of restaurants nearby and good food offering in the hotel. Breakfast had a good number of quality items and the tastiest coffee I had all trip.
