Zunächst ist das Frühstück extrem Basic für diese Kategorie. Nur eine Sorte Milch, Butter ohne Kühlung, sehr wenig Auswahl, keine süßen Teile. Alles bereits um 9 verdreckt. Pulver Automaten Saft, kein frisches Obst. Das Bad war sehr abgewohnt. Winzige Dusche ohne Tür oder Abgrenzung. KEINE Steckdose für eigenen Föhn im Bad. Keine Steckdosen für Ladekabel im Zimmer. Verbot des Mitbringen eigener Speisen. Betten extrem weich. Wegen all dem würde ich schon nicht wieder kommen, aber die Krönung war: Wir waren an zwei sehr heißen Tagen in dem Hotel. Dafür kann das Hotel zunächst nichts. Jedoch haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen welches den ganzen Tag der Sonne ausgesetzt war und wir hatten bereits bei Ankunft knapp 40 Grad im Zimmer. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, die Fenster im Bad lassen sich nicht öffnen und es gibt keine aktive Lüftung. Wenn man geduscht hat fühlt man sich dort wie im Dschungel und auch nachts war das Zimmer durch die winzigen Fenster nicht unter 38 zu bekommen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Man konnte es im Zimmer schlicht nicht aushalten. Dies führte dazu, dass ich in der zweiten Nacht einen Hitzschlag erlitt und mein Partner mich um 6 Uhr morgens dort wegbringen musste, da mein Kreislauf versagte und ich zu nichts mehr in der Lage war. Erst nach einem ganzen Tag ärztlicher Versorgung ging es mir besser. Er hat erst danach alle Sachen holen und auschecken können. Wir konnten nicht das Zimmer wechseln auf die andere Seite. Für mich grenzt es an Körperverletzung

Tolles Hotel mit herrlicher Umgebung im alten Kloster, Kapelle und Garten. Erdgeschoss mit Restaurant war sehr schön, die Zimmer könnten modernisiert werden, sehr schlicht und einfach, für 4 Sterne würde ich mir etwas mehr vorstellen, Bad war super. Frühstück alles in Ordnung, Beschriftung der Speisen hat gefehlt am Buffet. Empfang an der Rezeption war etwas unfreundlich.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again. Our only issue when traveling with children is the only place to eat is the restaurant at the hotel and you are not allowed to bring in outside food. There’s no way we could have stayed like that for more than a couple days as it would have been way to expensive to try and feed us any longer.

It's a strange place, cheap, but then the rooms had 6 different adverts in for upsells (buy these: pillows, soaps, room service... Etc). There was then another sign saying how good delivery wasn't allowed. Nothing is in English, which is fine, it's Holland, but worth being aware if you're visiting.

Duty room on arrival

Room had some biscuits and paper with dirty carpets when we arrived. No soap in shower. No shower door so the bathroom floor gets wet. Shower pressure was terrible low pressure. When complained at reception felt like they are blaming us instead and the lady was very rude and asked us to just go in the end like we were wrong to complain. She handed me a small soap bottle and said that is enough for 3 people to share and didn’t give any more when asked. Felt insulted. They advertise as a nice clean modern hotel in pictures. The reception area is nice but the rooms are very old and broken handles and not clean. They wanted to enter the room in the night when my family was asleep to check. I told them it’s night now please check in the morning as they will get disturbed and they were blaming me instead . Very unhappy with our stay and strongly do not recommend this hotel. Terrible stay.

Fantastiskt ställe. Kloster/herrgårdskänsla. Rummet, som var en svit, hade 2 toaletter, den ena med dusch och jacuzzibadkar. Lugn miljö, perfekt efter en storstads vistelse då man fick vila ut ordentligt. Rekommenderas.
