"The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's...

We stayed 5 nights and every single night we battled with excessive noise, doors slamming, loud hallways etc. I understand the staff have little control over its guests, but there was no effort made. We have young children and our stay was exhausting due to the excessive noise and disrespect of others. One other note is the elevator - there’s only one and it’s very slow, and always packed....

"We really loved the location of this property. It was very close to downtown . Just off the main street and very quiet. In the back of the property was free parking and a nice fellow at the reception desk when we arrived. He explained how everything worked which was quite simple and everything in our room was clean and in working condition.
