"We usually have a good experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was time to move our college kid into the dorms and the elevator at the hotel was broken. So we arrived with a full minivan of stuff and had to schlep it up the stairs to the third floor. Many many many trips later, we arrived at our room, only to have to repeat the process in the reverse later the next day. Why didn't we keep the car packed overnight in the unsecured parking lot? "This hotel is aging, so go in with those expectations. For example, the keycard wouldn't open the outside door on the west side of the hotel, and you had to walk to the front. Since they gouged me on the rate for staying on CU-Boulder move-in weekend, certainly not worth the $400+ a night. I was also one of the lucky ones with no damage to my car, but many of the cars in the parking lot were vandalized and broken into, and I was told they have no security cameras. "

"Cabins had all the amenities you need, nice screened in porch, beds were comfortable, very clean and close to everything in Boulder."

"Super clean place, just small. Asked for ice bucket from front desk. Did not receive. Room temperature was warm despite thermostat reading 68. Hotel lobby super cute and staff friendly and helpful."
