"We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is close to all the amenities Appledore has to offer. It is an ideal base to discover North Devon, which is beautiful. The garden...

"I called just to confirm that we would be able to go to the office to collect the keys on Sunday and that the office would definitely be open , even had an email confirming this but this was not the case - luckily for us someone in the office was able to call us to confirm the process that we had to take to collect the keys , just as well that we had a signal where we were on the time of the call !! "Amazing stay at The Stables. Luxury is the best way to describe it. Everything was spotless, the rooms are large and all extremely comfortable. Hot tub was lovely after a hot day of exploring. Property is situated in the middle of an amazing area and nothing is really too far to reach. Hosts were lovely and very attentive. Brought a fan over when the temperature became rather warm in the evenings. Hopefully we will be back in the future."

"Lovely location and a great place to stay. Made all the more easier by having a parking permit available for us to use. Flat was well equipped and lovely and clean. Had a little trouble disposing of the rubbish as they requested as we couldn’t access the rubbish location, and the instructions for the check out were a bit confusing. I would definitely early recommend this flat though."

"Our key provided could not lock the door. The property is beautiful and the views are fantastic. Private beach is amazing and the alpacas were so cool. Fantastic place!"
