"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."

"Great location right on the edge of the river, Kingsbridge is well positioned to visit the local area. Property is well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Just be aware the pub next can get busy at times. Overall great experience and accomodating host."

"We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. The living room had a large stained, filthy rug. The couch was also stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Pans, bowls, mugs, and the fridge were dirty. The floor left our socks black. The shower had black mould, and the toilet needed bleach. Its pull cord was brown halfway down. Walls were stained, and the house smelled unpleasant. The...

"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...
