Homestay di Devon

"Bag-end House was a great spot for our group stay. The place was clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and the house worked well for what we needed."

"Great communication with the hosts of this property, extremely helpful. This house is HUGE with everything we needed for an amazing price. All the rooms were great! 5 minute walk to Lidl, a steep hill but manageable, parking outside property was no problem. The only thing I would suggest is a tidy up of the outdoor space as it was nice to be able to sit out in the sunshine with the dog"

"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"A lovely overnight stay for our family of 5 friendly welcoming staff and owner that were so kind and helpful. Beautiful surroundings, cosy well equipped accommodation and delicious breakfast. Thank you we look forward to to returning another time."

"Delightful property in the countryside, very relaxing"

"What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The cottage is beautifully presented , warm and clean with a very comfortable sofa and bed. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced with everything that is required - a real home from...

"Great location for south sands beach and hotels "

"Lovely stay. Spacious cottage. Very well appointed. Good hosts, on hand if needed but leave you alone. Nice bread, milk etc for arrival. "

"Property itself, communication, support and amenities were great. Can’t fault it. However, it is next to a pub - not a problem if you go to bed after 11pm. If you are staying mid week you will be woken every day multiple times from 6am onwards by various bin-lorries, cleaning staff smashing glass bottles in bins etc right next to the bedrooms. This is not the fault of the property, but guests need to still be aware."
