"The front desk man was very nice, and my first room smelled like natural gas and he believed me and gave me a new room. I appreciated that. He didn’t give me an attitude or anything. I don’t remember his name but please tell him thank you! I was already stressed out and he made my night better! "

"Arrived at 6:30pm, no one was working at the desk. Rang both bells, tried this for about 20 minutes. Finally another guest wandered by and mentioned that I might need to check-in at the hotel next door. The entire lobby smells of smoke or weed. Oddly the room did not. The room, however, has seen little to no maintenance or care. Opened the door and the light didn't work. When I did find a working light, I wished I hadn't. The walls were stained and peeling. "Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and obviously recently updated room. I was there on a weekend and it was very quiet during the evening and overnight. Mike, the desk clerk (and maybe manager) was very nice and wanted to be sure my stay was pleasant. It’s obvious they’ve done a lot of work updating the building making it a very nice stay. "

"Over all the hotel was decent. The lobby was decorated really cool, if you’re into antiques. The girl at check in was super nice and friendly and made check in a breeze. There were fewthings that were a-little annoying with our stay. We had 2 rooms that were connected that was a positive! It was so weird how the rooms were different. One had a shower only and the shower had no hot water or pressure so we all ended up having to shower in one room. "

"Short quick stay. Only complaint they need to change their shampoo and conditioner or just bring your own. Staff was great always friendly be nice if they provided yogurt and some fruit with their breakfast. Love their coffee machine."
