Clean but congested; discrepancies re info &policy
Stayed 1 night. Most staff were friendly but there were mosquitoes for which I could hardly sleep at night. I felt ill in the morning due to lack of sleep.
Hotel is meant to provide free airport shuttle but they charged me 500 taka. They asked me when I was about to leave for the airport, so I did not have time to show them info re this on Expedia website. I think Expedia should take this up with the hotel and get clarified.
