dirty bed. Looks like bedsheets and pillows were never washed. The were discolored and had a lot of hairs. Bad smell from bed, room, and bathroom. Bathroom towels were extremely dirty and discolored. Commode ring was broken that punched my skin. Never saw such a dirty hotel in my life. I got mislead by the review score in Orbitz. I could not sleep at all due to bad smell, dirty bed, and mosquitos. Orbitz should not list any such hotel.. I was fully frustrated.

Depressing and inadequate

Extremely outdated property and definitely not value for money. No facilities on sight as advertised, not even a restaurant, so one can forget about any other facilities. Rooms were very dreary and depressing. Decor, fixtures and doors were all like a scenario from a 70s haunted movie.Hotels.com should ensure information provided by the hotel is accurate. Reception staff could learn to dress smarter and meet customers with a certain degree of professionalism. I would avoid and certainly not recommend.

No visible sign board to find the hotel located in a narrow road. Lobby very unimpressive. Room was too small. Door, door lock etc are rusted, partially broken and back dated. Too small TV. Room furnuture are back dated. Staffs are good and tried their best to provide services I needed. Breakfast was below standard.
