Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. "Bed sheets smelled of urine Cockroaches and lizards every where Poor food , terrible breakfast choice made my child sick Never stay there again "

"A very nice hotel with golf course nearby "

"All the staff at this hotel is welcoming. The breakfast is really good and the location is great. Try this hotel and you will not be disappointed."

"The place is a little bit far from the main road, but the site is quiet and nice. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a nice and delicious meal in the restaurant due to heavy traffic. The price is not low; however, all hotels in Puncak are not cheap too. However, some facilities are worn out. "

"Excellent and clean location outside of Bogor in nearby Ciawi. Modern amenities and very helpful staff. Would stay there again, if ever in the area."
