"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "

"Shivam one of the managers made the stay very nice; checked in on me a couple times. location was great as it’s not on a busy road but short walk to the gardens / temples. "

"1. Half the items on the restaurant menu were not available 2. The service was really slow… and at times there was no response ( example- in my 6 days of stay they didn’t replace my faulty hair dryer) 3. The elevators and in general all the rooms had a particular stink… The guy in charge though, Suraj was a good and helpful person but I don’t think he knows the competence of the staff. Well now he will know. They have.a taxi service - please don’t use it if the guy incharge is Rajan Singh who would keep changing the rates on you…some people are just to make as money out of you when they see an American passport… very sad.. Overall very average to below average service for the price point."
