The property manager is excellent. Very respectful and helpful. Texted regularly on things to do and directions. Good place to stay. Highly recommended.

滞在の前から連絡をくれるので安心感がありました。シャワーやトイレ、エアコンなどの主要な設備は問題なく使えました。掃除が行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックアウト後にも部屋で休ませてもらって、とてもありがたかったです。

The staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel is very close to the river. The only drawback is that you have to walk some distance (10 minutes) with your bags to get to the hotel as cars or tuk tuks are unable to get close. Close to all the shops too. Great place for backpackers. Bring your own padlock.

We had a wonderful stay in Varanasi and really appreciated the hospitality. A special mention to Aditya, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He took great care of us, was always responsive and supportive, and guided us with useful suggestions for sightseeing and exploring Varanasi. His friendly nature and willingness to help made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We are very grateful for all his support and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi.

A unique hotel very close to the ghats, right in the heart of the winding alleyways of old Varanasi. Akash at the hotel reception is extremely helpful and provides a wealth of information. We really felt like he was looking after us. Varanasi, while extremely interesting, is quite chaotic. Trilok Residency is a great place to rest and regroup before diving back into the churning marvels of the city!

I must Thank manager Aditya and his staff who were very helpful starting from check-in to throughout our stay and there to support us 24x7. This place is very close and in walkable distance from main temples, ghats and food places.Felt like at home and had comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room we got was with a bedroom and huge living area.

オーナーのAkashさんは非常に親切で、ヴァラナシについての情報をたくさん頂きました！ (イベント、果物について、見所など…) 寝台列車でヴァラナシに到着したのでかなり早くの到着になったのですが、快くアーリーチェックインをさせてくれました。 この宿のおかげでヴァラナシ旅行がより良い物になったと思います。

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Trilok Residency. The standout feature of this property is definitely the incredible hospitality and helpful management. Navigating the crowded Varanasi streets can be overwhelming, but the staff went completely out of their way to help. They provided an amazing porter service and even dropped me off on a bike through the damn busy streets to ensure I made it easily.On top of that, they arranged highly reliable and genuine cabs for my airport pickups and drops, as well as a trip to Prayagraj. While the location itself in the narrow lanes can be a bit challenging to navigate, the staff's unmatched helpfulness and care completely make up for it. I highly recommend staying here if you want peace of mind during your Kashi trip!

It has been great experience during the stay. Staff was very helpful. The room did not have refrigerator but they helped to keep our water bottles cool and provided when requested.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. La verdad que ha sido el lugar con la mejor atención y servicio que he tenido. También los servicios que ofrecen dentro del hotel facilitan absolutamente todo(cambio de divisas es uno de los mejores). La ubicación también está cerca de todo y el personal es 1000% amable. Sin duda el mejor lugar. Gracias al dueño(AKASH) del lugar por la atención y el seguimiento de todo Tranquilo, excelente relación calidad-precio.
