"The luxury rooms are not luxurious. They dont even keep a napkin. Warm water is intermittent. The reception is non-responsive. Even though majority of the rooms were empty on the day of the checkout. They did not allow a couple of hours. They weather was good. The food at the restaurant was nice."

The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. The room was clean but quite basic, and the amenities could use a bit of an upgrade. "Brilliant property, warm staff and equally great service. Their spread over breakfast & dinner was equally excellent and delicious. If you are in Igatpuri and looking for a staycation, this resort is definitely a good option. Must visit"

"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "

"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"
