"Gorgeous property. We received an upgrade and had 2 joining rooms with 2 bathrooms connected with by an interior 'hallway'. The balcony overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean as well. The night we stayed we were able to enjoy their Oriental celebration from our balcony. Our room was not ready at checkin but we were able to enjoy the property anyways. "We loved staying at this gorgeous hotel! The location was wonderful, with a helpful minimart right across the street, and different dining options. The buffet breakfast and dinner were spectacular with so many delicious options. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The only suggestion would be to maybe provide two bath mats, since there’s not a shower door due to the contemporary design. We felt lucky to stay at this excellent hotel!"

"This hotel was so lovely and the service was excellent! From the comfortable free shuttle service to the helpful reception staff the service was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular and I enjoyed the sound of live music playing from the beach bar opposite. It wasn’t too loud and you couldn’t hear it when balcony door was closed. The entire place had a lovely vibe. "

"Hotel was gorgeous and they provided lots of little things in the room that really went the extra mile like toothbrush/paste, sewing kit, slippers (in addition to the normal toiletries). I was nervous about complaints that I saw with the AC but ours was working excellent and got super cold. "

"Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel toujours attentionné et professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux ainsi que les repars pour le déjeuner et le dîner. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal (accès à la plage). Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !"

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being....

"All staff were exceptional. Pool was clean and beautiful, and staff were attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning situation wasn’t comprehensive. We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, and had no issues doing so. The man at the front desk was a standout - such a sweet soul. Bathrooms were also a great size compared to what we’ve seen in Europe thus far."

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal. Bademeister aus Leidenschaft! Immer ausreichend Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Keine Extrakosten für Liegennutzung am Strand. Das Essen hätte ausgefallener sein können aber es war trotzdem immer für jeden was dabei und es war immer ausreichend vorhanden. Für meinen Geschmack zu viel Müll durch Nutzung von Enwegbechern und -geschirr. Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Zu Fuß gibt es allerdings nichts zu erkunden, dafür ist es aber nicht touristisch...
