"Everything was good but the view of the room. We were supposed to have a garden view and actually our view was overlooking to some plants in the pots and lots of air conditionings on the roof of the hotel . It was a little bit disappointing "

"Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "

The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing.
