"Our recent visit to Veranda Resort Hotel was a last minute decision based on an unplanned trip to Roatan. However, we were lucky to find very affordable rates through Travelocity, which proved to be a steal. What we found was an amazing 5 star accomodations that began with our check-in, assisted by a young lady named Sam, followed up by dinner, and a personable staff, headed by the Manager Hector, who introduced us to several local drink options, and his staff. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!"
