"Some of the staff were helpful, but there were some maintenance issues (hot tub jets not working, broken floor tiles, no drain stopper in sink) and cleanliness issues (dirty spots on towels and bedspread, dirty tile floor, dusty tub). We’ve been in some nice LaQuintas so perhaps this was a management or upkeep issue."

"Very nice place. The staff are older and really nice and I can tell work very hard to keep the place clean. I don't think the owners of the hotel care about them to be honest or would provide easier ways to clean and updated equipment to clean easier with. I would suggest light weight vacuums which I don't think they own at all and using the shark mop/vacuum for the hard floors. Mop buckets are hard to empty and mops are very unsanitary. Otherwise keep the staff since they were very nice. "

"This location is great for Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is clean and has all the new items. It is still in remodeling mode. But when finished will be 5 star."

"Was hesitant about booking, price was much lower than other hotels in the area.( Usually cheaper doesn't mean as good) but was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Room had all the amenities including a full refrigerator. Only bad thing was the outside exit would not open with key card and no continental breakfast. Would stay again!"

"We walked in the hotel and it was so dirty and the gentlemen at the front desk was on the phone yelling at someone. Broken lights, broken windows. We ended up walking out and got another hotel"

"When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

"So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again."

"The room was okay but the towel bar fell off the wall when you put towels on it and the toilet kept plugging up. The room was not worth what we paid!"

"Room was terrible. Crack in the bathtub that caused a leak and mold, bed was broken and maintenance man walked into the room without knocking. Tried to report it and was told that the guy was a drug addict and they could not do anything about it. No cameras to verify"
