"The location is very convenient, situated along the main road directly opposite First Citizens Bank and Scotiabank, and within walking distance of several shops, markets, and food options. Mario’s Pizza and Domino’s are both less than a minute away, which made meals very easy. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained in terms of housekeeping, and the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety, and the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. That said, the property could benefit from some general upkeep and modernization in certain areas. My main issue was noise. I specifically requested a quiet room and was initially placed on the ground floor away from high-traffic areas, which I appreciated. However, there is a bar on the compound that plays very loud music from around 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and it felt as though it was directly outside my window. The noise level made it very difficult to rest. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff were understanding and promptly upgraded me to a larger suite on the fourth floor, which was a much better experience. "The best amenity was the complimentary breakfast. It was always a new menu everyday and filled with local foods and fruits. It was very good quality and very tasty. The room was also very spacious and clean. The location was great, walkable to a plaza and other outdoor activities. Staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the waitresses at breakfast and the cleaners. Parking was a bit limited if there is a conference happening but we always got a parking spot. "

The staff were very pleasant and were very willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere, staff, and cleanliness is why I will book again."

"In terms of pricing sure book it since it is so cheap. However keep in mind that you pay for what you get. Most staff was very in welcoming. When arrived they gave no information about the property at all. Keep in mind that the property is very far from the main road so you can walk but it is very time consuming and tiring. The shuttle is a great perk for this but it is unreliable"
