Cari Hotel di Diego Martin

"The hotel was great! The property is very well maintained, and the rooms are nice and clean. It actually looks just like the pictures online. The gym was also well equipped and had everything I needed. great stay!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Kapok Hotel. Must commend the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Will definitely return!"

"Staff were not very friendly and did not provide good customer service. Hotel seemed out dated. You were not able to control the temperature of the room and room felt very stuffy feeling."

"There is no privacy. They only had day layer curtains no opaque blackout blinds I found out. Only other option was a room with no windows or forced to upgrade. Only I had"

"The room is air-conditioned and suited my two nights. The location was ideal very close to food stores."

"The staff was extremely helpful."

"Don't forget to take a dip in the pool."

"I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. "

"The stay was great. The location to the Queens Park Savannah was what we needed to get great food at nights. The room was very updated and clean. The entire property was so peaceful. I will definitely book another stay when traveling and I will recommend to others as well. Thank you Staff!"

"This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations,...

"If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi."

"Clean and comfortable room, Staff super nice,"

"Paid for a service and got no booking or check in information. Zero contact from host and Expedia refuse to refund my money . Do not recommend ! BIG SCAM and I’ll and be reporting fraud."
