Very clean, good breakfast and extremely nice and accommodating staff, especially the restaurant (one or two of the front desk clerks weren’t the most friendly- not rude just seemed like I was annoying them if I asked a question- maybe I was lol, but overall I still give 5 stars. It’s also a super convenient location."

"Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "

"Hotel very modern, centrally located, close to many great bars and restaurants. Reception was well manned and happy friendly staff welcomed me on my arrival. Lift to my fifth floor room was securitly controlled by room key. Lovely well decorated room with great shower and views of surounding Christmas decorated streets. "Excellent hotel in Sandton, close to everything you need and with a shuttle. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Only downside - you are advised not to walk around after dark and even get an uber late at night on the dark streets felt a little sketchy. If I am in Johannesburg I would stay here again."
