"Room is clean, bed is comfortable, TV is big. There's no swimming pool, no hot tub, and no microwave. When trying to call concierge, no answer, no house keeping answering either, could not get what you need at all. The coffee in the room is too mild, should be stronger. The parking fee is way too much."

"I had to leave early for an emergency, Hotels.com would not give me a credit for the night I didn't stay. With all the years I used your site figured you would at least give me a credit for the night if not a refund. moving forward will look to use the Hotel directly and not hotels.com"

"I was very unhappy with the cost of having to pay to park and that it was not listed clearly that it was $50...It was a flat rate and should of been listed on the booking...I would of stayed somewhere different that I did not have to pay that additional amount as that brought it over the cost of other options I could have chosen and it was not mentioned to me by the staff until my card had been run...This soured me on the experience as I just driven from Savannah and was just looking for a place to sleep for the night"

"I have been disappointed with my past several hotel stays at various other "luxury" properties (think Ritz Carlton, Bellagio, Aria). The properties/rooms werent properly upkept, and I was left feeling uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness. From the moment I walked into this property, I was impressed. Everything was above par - the scent, decor, cleanliness, staff. Trey at the front desk provided exemplary service. So much so that my 17 y.o even commented. I consider myself a harsh critic on cleanliness (I travel with cleaning supplies, wear shower shoes, pull back bedding, check bed bases, and furniture, even at 5 star plus establishments), and this room was clean and well appointed. My son used the fitness facility and he was pleased and commented on the variety of equipment. It was a turnaround trip, so I wasnt able to utilize the other amenities, but I did pass by the spa, and it looked very appealing. The self parking is a bit expensive for a public parking lot ($64/day, but no in and outs. So you pay every time you take your car out), but they do offer valet which is typically priced for luxury properties ($75). I am definitely staying here again when I return, and I highly recommend it!"

"My room and bathroom had not been updated in over 40 years!! Old amenities made the whole place kind of sad and it felt dirty even though I am sure it was cleaned. And the door did not have a chain or even a heavy duty lock. I travel several times a month and have for over 30 years this is the first time I have had to put a chair under the door."

"The hotel itself was very clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really appreciated how convenient everything was and how well the property was maintained. However, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. It was far too expensive for what was offered. The food quality was poor—particularly the scrambled eggs, which were honestly some of the worst we’ve had. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the restaurant, even the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which made for a very bad start to the day. Overall, while the hotel and staff were great, the dining experience needs serious improvement."

"Great: the restaurant was amazing, try their New Orleans Bread Pudding! Bed was super comfortable, plush and cozy! The room and all areas seen were very clean. The staff was great, helping me each time I needed! Needs improvement: parking deck (back of property) entry/exit was broken, so the room key never worked in or out. Had it re-keyed, still didn't work. Escalator going to lower floor was turned off during a certain hour - maybe after 7p? (no sign, no idea when that time was - just not on). This was impactful because there were at least 3 large school groups of kids that often took over the elevators. One of the vending machines downstairs was broken - I'm diabetic & arrived 10:30 pm & with everything in the lobby closed, needed immediate food. There were other machine's but the one machine had items that were of preference."
