"We booked this hotel at 6 pm and arrived at 8 pm. We had driven for 10 hours non-stop and were extremely tired, so we desperately needed rest. But our room still wasn't ready - even through check-in starts at 4 pm. The front deck agent said three couples were ahead of us, rooms were being cleaned, and it could take 2 hours or more with no guarantee. When I asked for a manager, the front deck agent, Jared, refused, claiming the manager was cleaning the rooms. LOL! I mentioned being a Golden member - he replied that two Diamond members were ahead of me and no one has any benefits. We got no apologies and nothing was offered to fix the situation. It's totally impossible to imagine that the hotel would accept bookings without having ready rooms. For a famous hotel chain like Hilton to treat their guests this way is completely unacceptable! I'm very disappointed with such disgusting service and next time time I will most likely choose another option rather than Home2 Suites By Hilton."

"It served its purpose for a one nighter. Going through some type of electrical update cause the room refrigerator was constantly going out and water coming out of it. There's also no ice machine. According to staff, transient people would constantly break it."
