"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."

"Excellent stay, very welcoming reception staff. The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. Bit of a pain if you have lots of luggage as the current entrance is down some steep stairs and a bit of a walk from the car park. Car park was free (maybe due to the building works going on?) Die Zimmer und überhaupt das ganze Hotel sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die eigene Hotelbar bietet verschiedene Cocktails und Biere zu vernünftigen Preisen.
