Good Hotel Glad we booked

An excellent room with large bed and two smaller beds to suit me and two teenage children. Spotlessly clean, decent decor and space in the room and everyone happy with accommodation in a brand new modern hotel. B&B have good standards from visiting at Dijon and Coquelles and I’d be very tempted to book only with them when visiting France. Breakfast had a good range of food and plenty for kids to choose from.

An overnight stay

Very good overnight stop. The intent problem was resolved, though the logon process is more detailed than any other hotel stay we have experienced all over Europe: each return to the hotel required the process to be repeated. Underground parking is for the hotel - brand new. A good breakfast which was well managed. Overall we were very happy - comfortable beds.

Sparkling Clean Simplistic Hotel

The B&B HOTEL Dijon Valmy Toison d'Or is a recent hotel (about a year old). While the accomodations are simple, the level of cleanliness is quite high. The room I stayed in was immaculate and cleaned thoroughly daily. A bit Spartan in terms of decoration, but reasonably comfortable bedding and excellent black out curtains. Breakfast was simple: standard breakfast items were offered. As for the location, the hotel was ideally situated for me on the outskirts of Dijon in a very modern, new area with easy access to the tramline and the highway. Staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy peasy (there's a self check-in option for late arrivals).

Very clean, very tidy perfect for an over night stop over. Check in was a bit different with the screen and we didn’t actually see a member of staff at all during our stay! Nevertheless exactly what was needed for 1 night.

Chambre spacieuse avec matelas bon confort général par contre j'ai remarqué que l'atmosphère était chargée en humidité dans la chambre il faudrait mesurer l'hygrometrie , autre petit point négatif le distributeur de boissons chaudes à la réception était en panne.

Service client catastrophique, prélève sur une carte alors que c’était en paiement sur place. Résultat prélèvement sur ma carte personnelle au lieu de professionnel. Refuse de me faire une facture uniquement pour ce paiement, il me donne une facture globale avec le reste que j’ai payé avec ma carte Pro. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Service client par téléphone facturé 0,35 € la minute.

Si vous aimez inhumanité c’est le bon endroit.

Impossible d’avoir un drap , si on veut dormir sans couette. Même en ayant prévenu la réception à l’avance. Le réceptionniste sert juste à encaisser. Entrée mal indiqué. Chambre cage à poules . Aucun service .
