Very friendly staff and room was quiet in more secluded area of the hotel. The stairs within the apartment were very narrow and steep. Size of the rooms and how located within the apartment worked for us as we travelled as family of three. Can’t imagine how it would fit up to six people or even two couples. Bathroom very small, comfortable shower. Toilet separated however only accessible via the open bedroom on the landing. Window / balcony was not to be opened for safety reasons. Due to weather we did not open the roof window, only source of fresh air upstairs was small window in first bedroom. Breakfast was good with choices of coffee, cheese, bread, crepes, pastry, bacon or sausages, scrambled egg etc. and served in a wonderful hall. Apartment was equipped with cutlery, glasses and plates, pot and pan along with a mini dishwasher and fridge. Appreciate that a washing up kit was available at reception. Weren’t aware when booking, that there would be no (daily) cleaning available unless booked extra. Had to clean room and empty bins before checking out. Would stay at the hotel again, preferably in another room.

I love this hotel but room 16, 11 and 10 are in a thoroughfare and are very noisy.

Well located but nothing fancy

The room was adequate but there was no servicing. Reception staff seems disinterested but the breakfast room under the much vaulted ceiling is very atmospheric

Don't be fooled by photos

Hotel rooms are rather flimsy modern construction with thin walls and oddly out-of-square finishes. Furniture is IKEA knock-offs badly assembled. Older parts are actually difficult to access. Great breakfast. Kid friendly, so weekends are noisy. Good locataion

Frühstück war sehr ordentlich, Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Geräumiges Bad und sogar eine Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Personen am Empfang waren alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt ist hervorragend. Fünf Sterne gäbe es bei einem etwas größeren Zimmer und einem etwas größeren Tisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

L'hôtel est agréable et très bien situé. Cependant nous avons eu quelques surprises pas forcément très graves mais un peu décevante. Les appartements sont 4 étoiles mais pas l'hôtel!! Ce n'est pas évident sur le site. Même pour un hôtel de ce standing j'ai été étonnée de voir que le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, il faut payer pour pouvoir avoir une chambre propre tous les jours!!! Et il faut payer aussi si on veut avoir des serviettes propres. A notre arrivée, nous avions pris 2 chambres identiques au même prix. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de voir qu'elles étaient totalement différentes!!! L'une d'entre elle n'avait aucun placard.... Nous avons demandé à la changer ce qui a été rendu possible dès le lendemain. Le personnel est sympa, notre séjour a été agréable mais j'avoue que l'hôtel et surtout les services proposés n'étaient pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions au vu de ce qui est indiqué sur le site.

Sehr schönes altes Gebäude mit Charme. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen der Stadt optimal. Parken kann man in naher Entfernung in einem Parkhaus für 11 € am Tag

Zeer goed en leuk hotel voor een paar dagen Dijon en omgeving. Doordat het een voormalig klooster is heeft het een sfeer die je niet snel in andere hotels zult vinden. Restaurants en winkels zijn op 2 minuten afstand te vinden. Zou het iedereen aanbevelen.

Çok temiz, ferah sakin ve iyi düşünülmüş bir apart. Yeri de şehrin göbeğinde. Giriş çok kolay arabayla gelirseniz çantaları infirmek için bahçesi var ama dışarıda bir otoparka bırakmak gerekiyor. Saint Anne 2 dalikalık yürüme mesafesinde.

Dépaysant et réussi

Apart'hôtle spacieux et très fonctionnel, parfaitement propre. Petit déjeuner excellent (notamment la brioche et la confiture de mirabelle)Le cadre, un ancien cloître, est un voyage à lui tout seul, et l'hôtel se situe dans la vieille ville que l'on peut visiter à pied. Un parking public surveille est disponible dans la rue suivante et coûte une dizaine d'euro la journée.

Agréable séjour !

L'hôtel est agréable, très ben situé au centre de Dijon, mais au calme. Très beau cadre. Le personnel est très avenant. Nous avons déposé nos bagages le matin et sommes revenus, comme convenu, à 15h pour récupérer notre appartement. Malheureusement, nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure que notre appartement soit prêt, pour finalement qu'on nous en attribue un autre. L'agencement de la cuisine est très sommaire et le kit de nettoyage également !
