Very nice new rooms for the budget. Very friendly helpful staff. Only ten mins walk into the delights of Dijon. Secure underground parking at very fair rate. A tip on parking. You can’t access until you’ve checked in. Park on street, check in, then access underground car park.

We arrived to find a run down building that looked like low income housing that has not been kept up. It is in a terrible location. We couldn’t find a place to park. The phone number didn’t work and we got no response when we tried to communicate through the website. We never even got to walk in the door. Also it was prepaid so we had to pay for another hotel.

Muy buena opción
La estancia fue muy cómoda en estos apartahoteles, tienen lo indispensable para poder preparar una comida rápida y sentarse a comer. La habitación y el baño de tamaños muy cómodos. Para llegar al centro son solo unos 10 minutos de caminata por lo que lo hace muy conveniente.

Great apartment hotel for short or long stay
We chose this hotel because of the low price and location. Staying for only 2 nights, we were positively surprised and would have loved to stay longer. Clean, cozy and practical room with everything you would need for a longer stay (including a small kitchen and utensiles). Very nice and helpful staff as well as a lovely breakfast. If you come by car, the hotel offers parking for a reasonable price per night. With only a 5-minute walk to the old town - don't miss the great (and free!) Musée des Beaux-Arts, we would highly recommend it.

C’était relativement bien dans l’ensemble. Accueil agréable, très bon petit déjeuner. Le seul bémol, reste malheureusement au niveau de la propreté de la salle de bain. Je suis vraiment désolé de vous le dire mais ce n’était vraiment pas top à ce niveau. Sinon, pour le reste comme déjà précédemment, c’était bien. Ah oui, merci pour la literie au top! Struttura nel complesso pulita, personale gentile e colazione buona. Abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei monolocale presenti: sulla terrazza c’erano molti mozziconi di sigaretta. Nella credenza abbiamo trovato un bicchiere sporco.

Degelijk hotel met parking en centraal gelegen
Zeer modern en degelijk aparthotel op een boogscheut van het centrum. De 2 slaapkamers hadden ventilatie zodat het aangenaam was terwijl het buiten warm was. De beveiligde parking was een extra plus. Absoluut een adresje om te onthouden. Van het ontbijt hadden we weliswaar iets meer verwacht.

Nécessaire prise de conscience environnementale
Hotel récent avec un personnel agréable et un confort de bonne qualité. En revanche, l'hotel fixe la température par défaut à 23°C bien au dessus des recommandations de 18°C pour une chambre sans que le client puisse le modifier par lui même. Une prise de conscience de leur responsabilité environnementale est urgente et impérative
