"Clean less and customer service amazing, only negative point to said is that their MiniBar on room is authomatic so items get charged to the room if you withdraw them from fridge and because of that the suites doesn’t have a regular fridge or place to have your own food or drinks as is usual. "What a surprise! I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!"

"It was the setting. While I’m not into Hallmark movies, my wife very much is and we both referenced that throughout our stay. The staff was amazing, the fact that the deer in the area are so calm and feed is readily available at the gift shop helped my wife feel like a Disney princess. The events and amenities work well to have a full day without leaving the campus. A favorite of mine was talking to an old gentleman in the Blizzard lounge while playing checkers with my wife and just sharing life...

"The hotel is dated, but they have a great team working to compensate for the "dated" look of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the food was amazing. The restaurant staff also surprised us. The veggies were blanched, and the special steak garlic/rosemary butter was a nice touch. Service at the restaurant was like family. Location to Camelback? the best. You could walk, if needed, to the resort. "

"The property is in a convenient location on Route 209, minutes from Milford and Port Jervis. The room was clean, and I appreciated the fact that it had a fridge and a microwave. The heat was good and the water pressure was good as well. "
